Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (including beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new purchase for the replacement item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off periodI

f your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or added an item you no longer want, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Pre-Shipment

If your order has not been fulfilled or shipped yet, our support team can cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Post-Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped or reversed. However, you may refuse delivery when it arrives.

  • The package must be returned unopened and intact.

  • Once the return is received and approved by TryVytaly customer support, a refund will be issued.

Important Timing Note

Most TryVytaly orders are fulfilled within 4–8 hours of being placed.

  • Cancellation requests received within 3 hours of ordering are eligible for a full refund.

  • After the order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled and will need to be returned through our standard return process.

Missing Items From Your Order

If you notice that an item is missing from your package, please contact us immediately.
Email us at support@tryvytaly.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the missing item

Our customer support team will review your claim and arrange a replacement for the missing item(s).
Once verified, the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

Please note: Missing item claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
We ship all orders to the exact address provided at checkout. Because we cannot verify or change the address once an order has been placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate.

If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error at checkout, we are still here to help. Our customer support team can assist you in placing a new replacement order at a reduced cost to minimize your loss.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct and current shipping address.

  • Additional charges will apply for reshipments caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.


Concerns About Ingredients

We provide full ingredient transparency — every ingredient used in our products is listed on our website. If you have concerns after purchasing, unopened products may be returned at your expense for a refund or exchange once received and inspected.

Our products are formulated with natural ingredients and are not harmful; however, if you have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or other health-related concerns, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before making a purchase.

Please note: Once a product has been purchased, cancellations or refunds cannot be granted due to undisclosed medical conditions.

Unsatisfactory Results Policy

We recommend using the product consistently for a full 120 days as instructed to allow enough time for visible results. If, after completing the full usage period, you do not experience the desired effects, you may return the remaining product for a full refund or request a replacement product (this is our preferred first option).

To qualify for a No-Results Refund, customers must submit the required evidence to our support team within 24 hours of requesting the refund.
Acceptable evidence must include:

  1. A timestamped photo of your hair right before your first TryVytaly application

  2. A timestamped photo taken 30 days after your first application

  3. A timestamped photo taken 60 days after your first application

  4. A timestamped photo taken 120 days after your first application

Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Shipping fees once an order has been shipped
  • Expedited or express shipping fees
  • Package loss warranties or protection add-ons
  • Priority order processing fees
  • Pre-paid gift cards
  • Discounted items marked as BOGO
  • Any items labeled as non-refundable on the website

 

Special Case Restocking Fee

If your order does not meet the standard eligibility requirements for a refund but you believe your situation deserves special consideration, you may request a case review.

If a refund is approved under these exceptional circumstances, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Unauthorized Returns (Without Prior Approval)
All returns must be approved by the TryVytaly team before being shipped back. Any product returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Item Claims

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Your order number

  • The name of the damaged item

Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement for the damaged item(s).
Once verified, the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

Product Sensitivity & Discomfort

While rare, some users may experience temporary irritation—such as itchiness or excess oiliness—especially when using our product alongside similar treatments.

Although our formulas are natural, we recommend contacting customer support if you experience any discomfort for personalized guidance.

If issues persist, you may return the remaining and any unused bottles for a refund.

Return Shipping Labels

At this time, TryVytaly does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
